      I was very skeptical that this would actually work on my sciatic nerve pain. However, I was so wrong! I am an overweight 40-year-old chef in a D1 College Restaurant. We serve upwards of 3-4 thousand a day. So I am on my feet 8 hours straight. 20,000 steps a day minimum. So needless to say... By the time I get home, I was in pain. But ever since I bought this... NONE! I AM FLIPPING AMAZED! BEST INVESTMENT EVER!! TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I have has sciatica for 10 years. This is the only thing that has fully relieved it.

      This leg pillow really does help so much. The material is very soft and it's also very sturdy, so it holds its shape (you can remove the outer cover to wash it, too). I've been using it for about a week now, and I do see a difference in my sleep and how my back and hips feel in the morning - I practice martial arts and kickboxing, so my hip flexors and lower back are often sore when I wake up. This little leg pillow helps relieve pressure on my joints, muscles, and tendons, so I wake up less sore. Great product! Bought one for my husband, too.

      Recently, my chiropractor told me I should sleep with a pillow between my legs to help with my hip and back pain. Using a normal pillow was okay, but I'd fight with the pillow all night and wake up with sweaty legs. I've been using this leg pillow for the last 2 weeks, and it's a WORLD of difference. It's like it was created to fit perfectly between my legs, but I'm sure it'll fit perfectly in between your legs just as well. No more fights with my pillow, and no more waking up with sweaty legs!
